Daina “Beyond the Wall” Levi Label
Tochigi prefecture
Fit for a captain
This is an official collaboration between the hit anime and manga series “Attack on Titan,” and Japanese sake brand Daina. The third in the series, this brew features Captain Levi. In keeping with its namesake, this sake uses the king of sake rice, Yamadanishiki, and delivers a rich, complex flavor befitting Captain Levi’s reputation and status. Serve this sake cold, like Levi’s feelings toward Titans.

Kikunosato Brewing Company
This brewery was founded in 1866 in the countryside of Nasu Highlands, a famous summer resort area. It is home to crystalline waters and multiple springs that pop up throughout the city. From these waters Kikunosato Brewing Company developed their brand, Daina, with the intent to brew on a scale as large as Nasu. The brewing company has just four full-time employees who work tirelessly to produce enough sake for locals as well as people overseas. This team focuses mostly on junmai sake, but puts their all into any sake they brew to bring you their best.
