A celebration for the Harvest Moon

A seasonal sake released for the Harvest Moon in fall, “Tokugetsu” is brewed using Yuki no Sei rice that is polished way down to 28%. The polishing process takes three days and nights, leaving a rice grain that looks like a full moon. Notes of soft rice powder and a touch of anise blend into the region’s signature dry, clean style. The perfect sake for an evening under the stars.
