Flavor deep as the earth

A seasonal limited release sake for those with a heart for earthy, deep flavors. Kubota “Seppou” Black is brewed using the yamahai method and boasts a flavor full of dried mushroom umami, sweet fennel, cardamon and tamarind. To get more licorice notes, warm it up, and to draw out a bit of sharpness and sourness, cool it down. Pair with black sugar boba ice cream for a special treat!
