Each sip is a new experience

At the highest quality that the Asahi-Shuzo Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. (Kubota) can offer, this sake uses Koshitanrei sake rice made from Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, the king and queen of sake rice. The brewers use a unique rice polishing process that takes twice as long to polish this exquisite rice, then use 1/5 of normal pressure when extracting. The result is sake with a floral first sip, a second sip of complex flavor and followed by a third sip of bliss.
