Take on the Titans

This is an official collaboration between the hit anime and manga series “Attack on Titan,” and Japanese sake brand Daina. The fourth in the series, this “genshu” brew features the Pure Titans. Despite its slightly lower alcohol content, this undiluted sake has full strawberry notes and a gently fading aftertaste. Like the unique personalities of the Pure Titans, the aftertaste leaves a variety of unique flavors.

Kikunosato Brewing Company

This brewery was founded in 1866 in the countryside of Nasu Highlands, a famous summer resort area. It is home to crystalline waters and multiple springs that pop up throughout the city. From these waters Kikunosato Brewing Company developed their brand, Daina, with the intent to brew on a scale as large as Nasu. The brewing company has just four full-time employees who work tirelessly to produce enough sake for locals as well as people overseas. This team focuses mostly on junmai sake, but puts their all into any sake they brew to bring you their best.
