The “Karai” Flower Bud series by Shigeichiro Takeuchi of Shigeichiro Studio has won numerous design awards internationally. The bud shape maximizes the concentration of aromas and the lightness of the glass that can only be achieved by artisanal craftsmanship makes it irresistible to sake lovers. “Taisho Roman” is a reference to Taisho period (1912-1926) nostalgia, and the design uses milky white glass handled by highly skilled craftpersons.
