Samurai’s sweet reincarnation

“Japanese Excellence. French Taste.” That’s the HEAVENSAKE motto, and they stick to it with this junmai ginjo produced in collaboration with Katsuyama Brewing Company. Founded in 1688, this sake brewery was born to slake the thirst of the feudal lords of the Sendai domain. Using the technique of assemblage, HEAVENSAKE’s Régis Camus blends various batches of Katsuyama sake to create an exceptionally smooth brew featuring notes of stone fruit and pastry.
