HEAVENSAKE is junmai sake blended by Régis Camus, who was cellar master at Piper-Heidsieck for more than twenty years. He does not brew the sake himself. He works with Japanese breweries, tastes their separate batches, and decides how they go together — the same assemblage work he did with Champagne.

The range we carry runs from HEAVENSAKE “Konishi” Junmai 12 at $33 to the HEAVENSAKE Trio set at $137, with “Dewazakura” Junmai Ginjo Azur at $50, “Urakasumi” Junmai Daiginjo at $75 and “Niizawa” Label Noir at $110 in between. Every bottle is junmai: rice, water, koji and yeast, with no added alcohol.

You will also see the name written as two words, Heaven Sake. It is the same brand.
