Like a delicate cherry blossom

This sake is made with Senshuraku rice, a strain the brewery has helped revive. The brewers sought to make this brew representative of cherry blossoms’ soft beauty. In accordance with that goal, “Sakura Biyori” is delicate and light, something you won’t tire of sipping. On the nose expect licorice, flowers and mineral water. A dry tickle on the tongue delivers crisp, mineral flavor that leaves you feeling like you’re floating.
