Sufficiently sophisticated

Yaegaki Brewing Company delivers a top-quality junmai daiginjo that stands apart from its sister brew, Mu. Mu Black Label uses only the famed Yamadanishiki rice, which is polished more than the sister brew. This gives the sake a rounder aroma of sherry and develops the light apple flavor. In keeping with the bottles elegant design, the sake has just enough acidity and sweetness to give it a sophisticated air. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be sophisticated to enjoy this sake. Feel free to enjoy now matter how classy you may or may not be.

Yaegaki Brewing Company

Founded in 1666 in current-day Himeji, Hyogo prefecture. One of the oldest breweries that still exist in Japan today. Uses grade A+ rice from local Hyogo rice farmers, combined with underground water with low minerals to provide soft sake with fragrant aromas. One of the few breweries to expand their production to the United States. Even in the United States, Yaegaki Brewing Company continues to keep their Himeji brewing traditions and handcraftsmanship.
