WAKAZE “Classic”
France
When France meets sake
This sake embodies the words, “Mastered in Japan, made in France.” That’s right, “Classic” is brewed in France and made from japonica rice grown right in Camargue. This rice, combined with the use of white koji and wine yeast, gives the sake a nice acidity. In fact, this sake tastes a lot like white wine — so much so you might be surprised it was made from rice!
