Jozen “Snow”
Niigata prefecture
Clean, lean, yet rich
Made entirely with new crop rice grown locally in Niigata prefecture, this seasonal unpasteurized sake is the first unpasteurized Jozen released from this brewing season. On your palate, it initially has a familiar, crystal-clear impression of clean, lean and dry Niigata sake, which quickly develops into a juicy richness with umami. It is exceptional to pair with hearty seafood and vegetables.
