A reimagination of one of Japan’s most drinkable sake. This beefed-up version has a nose rich with the scent of plums, cherries and raisins, and a bolder, richer, drier body. Carefully aging this sake for over a year brings out the subtle dry fruit flavor. We love this sake so much, we special order it in a red mini bottle for our subscribers from time to time.
