Drink ‘til the cows come home

Takara Sake USA wanted to create a sake that would tap into the California spirit. The skateboarding cow on the label is a nod to the local culture and a hint of what to pair this junmai sake with: meat! Sake already offers tons of umami, but by blending in bourbon barrel-aged sake, they’ve added some tannins to the mix. Pair it with steak, roast chicken and charcuterie meats.
