Make any night extraordinary

Akatsuki Junmai Daiginjo is sake that had the rice mash removed with a high tech centrifuge. The complex process is reflected in the complexity of the sake. Prepare yourself for a mixture of pleasant earthen and peachy scents that precede a smirk-ish acidity. The result is a well balanced off-dry sake you can pair with western and eastern cuisine. Refreshing and provocative, a good one to turn any night extraordinary.
