Heiwa “Tsuruume” Yuzu
Wakayama prefecture

Locally grown yuzu juice and skin are all blended, then balanced with a sake base using very soft water, relying only on natural sweetness. It’s great for pairing with firm cheese, sweet and sour pork, and key lime pie.
