Not your average nigori

“Origarami” is a lighter style of nigori that is more hazy than it is pure white. So if you’re not usually a fan of nigori, think again! The lees left from brewing are fewer and well incorporated, providing delicious rice flavor without being heavy on texture. This brew is also a “genshu” (undiluted sake) pasteurized just once in-bottle, lending a bright, lively impression to its notes of honeydew melon and cream.
