This junmai was made in the Nanbu Toji Guild style, which prioritizes a well-defined aroma with a sharp finish. Eighteen years of aging has deepened its flavor and color. Its warm amber hue is matched by warm notes of caramel and vanilla, as well as an 18% alcohol percentage. Its richness is softened by its silky mouthfeel. Unravel its complexity, from its coconut aroma to its slightly bitter, clean finish.
