K. has released five assemblages of IWA 5, each presenting its own unique characteristics. “Reserves” dives into this sake catalog by blending 12 different aged sake together — some dating back to 2017. Take an unprecedented journey through time with aromas of pear, plum and flower, followed by a creamy mouthfeel, cocoa-like sweetness and complex umami. A peppery finish concludes this elegant, soulful tasting experience.
