A vibrant bouquet of fresh pear and grape invites you into a soft, snowfall-like fizz. On the palate, a subtle astringency like grape skin arrives first with a bit of dryness. A rich gorgeous rice sweetness unfolds beautifully, providing exceptional balance.

CAUTION WHEN OPENING:

This sake is contained in a pressure-resistant bottle due to the high pressure from in-bottle fermentation. Do not shake or mix before opening. Twist off the cap gently over the course of about 5 minutes. Keep well chilled.
