Maruishi Brewing Company

If ever there was a brewery to represent the idea that great things can come in small packages, Maruishi Brewing Company is it. The brewery consists of just four people brewing sake with their heart, soul and happiness. The brewery has been around since 1690, and their brand Nito meaning “two hares” goes after two different flavor profiles often thought unattainable in one sake. With access to the magnificent water of the Yahagi River and carefully sourced rice from all over the country, they may be small, but they are mighty.
