This superb junmai daiginjo from one of the world’s most influential sake breweries is crafted with the best Tokuju-grade Omachi rice. This rice is difficult to grow and accounts for only 0.2% of all Omachi. Aromatic and refined, this sake is matured at below-freezing temperatures, rendering it exceptionally smooth. Collected drop by precious drop using the luxurious, no-pressure “shizuku” (hanging bag) method, it finishes on the palate like a whisper.
