Yukiotoko “Yeti” Junmai is quite dry, with umami from the rice that expands on your palate. Offering a slightly fuller texture than its honjozo counterpart, it’s great to pair this with more rich foods like slow-simmered pork in soy sauce, fatty tuna, and clam chowder.
