Yorozuya Brewing Company makes sake with the purpose of gently enhancing their drinkers’ lives. While this junmai daiginjo can stand on its own as an aperitif, it also has the ability to bring out the flavors of your meal. Take in its subtle floral aroma, and taste the essence of Yamadanishiki rice grown locally in Yamanashi prefecture. Serve it chilled and notice how it relaxes as it reaches room temperature.
