This sake belongs to Hara Brewing Company’s “90” series, which only polishes away 10% of the rice grain for brewing. This lets you experience the full flavor of Hazukiminori rice grown locally in Niigata prefecture. What you taste is the first crop of the new brewing year. Savor its juicy notes of peach and pear, boosted by the fact that it hasn’t undergone water dilution, heat treatment or charcoal fining.
