“Hanami” means flower viewing, a Japanese springtime tradition during the yearly cherry blossom bloom. Jozen “Hanami” is a limited-edition sake brewed to be enjoyed during all phases of flower viewing: On warm days, enjoy it cold; on cool days, room temperature; on crisp evenings, warm it up. The sake’s brightness, umami and clean, mineral finish becomes rounder the warmer it is. Try it with garlic shrimp or Japanese oden.
