“Sekirei” is the name for the birds that frequent the river outside the brewery. The brewers crafted this sake to embody the elegance and effortlessness in how these birds the river. We think they’ve hit their mark. An aroma like soft rain graces your senses, followed by the medium weight texture sporting delicate flavors of confectionery and soft rice powder. Each sip feels like floating calmly down river.
