Saito Brewing Company is intensely passionate about their Kyoto heritage. They helped revive Iwai sake rice, an heirloom strain that may only be used by Kyoto breweries. In fact, they use Iwai rice more than any other brewery! The award-winning junmai ginjo of the Eikun “Kotosennen” series — which honors the thousand-year history of the former imperial capital — offers an enchanting fragrance, full-bodied flavor and clean finish. Kampai to Kyoto!
