Dry and light with a touch of honeysuckle, this junmai ginjo is named after the first place to grow Yamadanishiki sake rice in the U.S.: Arkansas. “Grand Prairie” is brewed with this top-quality American rice, and offers nuance, depth and character. This sake can stand on its own as an aperitif, but can also be paired with raw fish dishes such as scallop crudo and tuna tartare.
