By utilizing a specialized, secret filtration device to prevent oxidation, the brewers successfully preserve a vivid, snow-fresh flavor that remains remarkably bright. An inviting, lactic aroma is punctuated by notes of grape and citrus as its signature smooth texture coats the tongue. Served chilled to highlight its fruitiness or warm to lean into its creamy depth, this nigori is a versatile delight that pairs with everything from savory meats to rich cheeses.
