First released in 1973, this signature bottle by Saura led the way in ginjo-style sake. Urakasumi “Zen” is still beloved today for its mildness, balance and full-bodied taste, accompanied by a gentle melon and white flower aroma. Reliably delicious, this sake has earned numerous awards, including the 2022 Luxembourg Sake Challenge Junmai Ginjo Category Gold Award. It’s also a fantastic partner for fresh seafood, salad and grilled chicken.
