Plum blossoms bloom a tad earlier than cherry blossoms, and this sake aims to bring you fresh sake one step ahead. Sasanishiki, Miyagi prefecture’s local table rice, and Saura’s in-house yeast bring you a sake with a velvety texture and a refreshing liveliness to entertain your palate. A traditional ceramic cup will highlight the umami from the rice, while having it in a wine glass will highlight the refreshing aroma.
