“Temahima” means “time and effort,” with “te” also meaning “hand.” The brewmaster believes so wholeheartedly in its quality that he put his own handprint on the label. This seal of approval was also a vote of confidence that it would impress at the National New Sake Competition, where it has won awards — including gold — more than a dozen times.
