Not only does the brewery use Designation A Yamadanishiki rice to brew this sake, they source it from Arata Kousaku’s organic farm in the Yoneda area of Yokawa — widely regarded as the best of the best since 1938. The banana aroma is modest yet fruity. The first sip conveys an incredible creaminess and smoothness thanks to one year of being stored at -3 degrees Celsius.
