This sake premiered in 2019. Specifically designed as a competition-grade sake, the brewers apply all their expertise to its creation and meticulously regulate every step of the process. Their efforts are not in vain, as it won Sake Competition Gold in 2019! The bottle’s white label and iridescent monograms are reminiscent of the flavor inside, light sweetness like powdered sugar with hints of mint. Truly a little sip of heaven.
