Aromas of cheesecake and pineapple transition into a malty taste on the palate. A touch of salinity balances the sweetness, giving it depth and sophistication. This sake won platinum at Kura Master 2024 and bronze at IWC 2023. Enjoy its bubbly, velvety texture in a Champagne flute.
