As a Kura Master 2023 gold winner and two-time IWC bronze winner, this junmai daiginjo is sure to impress. Its name translates to “silky taste,” and you’ll understand why the brewery called it that. A flavor similar to strawberry-banana milk coats the tongue before resolving in a long finish. It is intended to be a fixture at the dinner table, recommended for creamy dishes such as cheesy risotto and pasta.
