Each little rice grain polished down to 50% of the original produces something great, unleashing the rice’s best flavor. The pillowy texture delivers a rich rice flavor with a vein of sweetness. Like other “Sakari” line sake, this brew is naturally preservative and gluten free, and also certified vegetarian.
