It is actually the current brewery owner’s favorite style of sake, and recommends serving warm. The scent is of clean citrus, spearmint and mineral quality. On the tongue is an elegant, dry pear flavor with floral hints. Overall light, modern, and easily enjoyed by beginners and experts alike.
