A Geographical Indication sake of Yamagata prefecture, Koten “Tokubetsu Junmai” is brewed with local ingredients only. It’s a well-balanced sake with notes of nuts and unripe fruit, that ultimately ends in a clean and classic dry finish. The kanji that comprise “Koten” are 壺 (earthen jar or pot) and 天 (heaven). Let the contents of this bottle lift your spirits and take you to a blissful place.
