A sake that was initially launched 20 years ago to illustrate the brewery’s style and give people a taste of their region, this brew expresses sweetness, umami, acidity and a hint of astringency with wonderful harmony. The brewers developed techniques that highlight the original aroma and make the flavors easily enjoyable. Each bottle is labeled with a vintage so you can taste the subtle differences in their crops over the years.
