This sake displays the peak abilities of the brewery, and is made in very small batches. The reason is due to handling highly polished rice, and using a natural drip pressing method. The labor spent is worth it. This sake graces you with a light aroma of fruit candy, which prepares you for the sweet, silky smooth texture that hints of cotton candy. Definitely a treat.
