Ichinokura’s signature dry sake was released in 1977 and continues to be a favorite. Back when the classification system gave top grades to sake whose breweries could pay larger taxes, Ichinokura set out to craft a honjozo whose deliciousness spoke for itself. “Mukansa Extra Dry” offers a hazelnut aroma on the nose with a creamy, herbal flavor on the palate that ends with a satisfying dash of bitterness.
