The brewery wanted to make a sake that combines drinkability with depth, suitable for everyday enjoyment. Delicious at a range of temperatures, “Okuden Kanzukuri” accomplishes just that by embracing the full flavor of Hidahomare rice. This sweet yet gentle junmai won gold at both the 2024 National Warmed Sake Competition and the 2024 Kura Master. Take comfort in notes of pear and white peach, as well as a silky mouthfeel.
