Hakutsuru Brewing Company spent over 10 years developing their own unique rice strain, Hakutsurunishiki. With this first successful crossbreed of Yamadaho and Wataribune in 70 years, they brewed a wonderful, full-bodied sake with a satisfying, floral aroma. This exceptional sake is characterized by hints of jasmine and orange blossom with a dash of vanilla, and a refined finish. Sit, sniff and sip to achieve harmony.
