This high quality sake sells out quick at the brewery. It was designed for competition in the National New Sake Contest, squeezed from Dewasansan rice to ensure a heavenly Ginjo aroma, with mysterious undertones of rose, dark purple grapes, and plump blue berries. The taste smooths out any kinks in your day with a kiss of sweetness that carries in to a clean finish. Consistency may vary due to limited production.
