The answer: in 10,000 ways — the yeast, the koji, timing of brewing, etc. More informally, it means versatility. The brewery tries to catch both meanings in its name; they passionately believe it can be enjoyed in 10,000 ways, whether it’s chilled, warmed, with light food, heavy food, sweet food or spicy food.
