The basics
How does the subscription work?
Every three months, we deliver a curated set of premium sake to your door. You can choose between our Fruity Discoveries (3 bottles), Dry Discoveries (3 bottles), or Complete Discovery (all 6 bottles). It’s the easiest way to enjoy high-quality sake without the guesswork.
Can I choose which specific bottles I get?
To keep the experience one of discovery and to ensure we respect our exclusive terms with the breweries, we do not disclose the labels in advance. Part of the joy is the surprise in every box!
Are these seasonal, limited-edition sake?
While our boxes ship seasonally — spring, summer, fall, winter — the sake inside is chosen from the breweries’ exceptional year-round lineups. We focus on timeless, high-quality bottles that taste great no matter the season.
Shipping & delivery
When will I receive my first box?
The first subscription box will be shipped after the order is confirmed. Most shippments are processed in 2-3 business days. Upon fulfillment, shipping to the West Coast takes approximately 2–3 business days, and the East Coast takes 5-6 business days. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska takes approximately 5–6 business days. We will notify you when your box ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is included in the price of every subscription plan. No hidden fees at checkout.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable to Hawaii and Alaska.
Can I add other store items to my subscription box?
The contents of the subscription box are pre-determined and cannot be changed. If you add other items to your cart along with the subscription box, they will be shipped separately.

How do the annual pre-pay plans work?
When you choose the annual option, you pay for four boxes upfront at a discounted rate. This locks in your savings — up to $44/year! — and ensures you won’t be billed again until your four-box cycle is complete.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
We want you to enjoy your sake journey on your own terms. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. No strings attached.
