Our sourcing team in Japan tasting a table of sake samples

The part nobody shows you.

We taste it first

Our team in Japan opens the samples and tastes them together. If we would not drink it on a weeknight, it does not get on the boat.

Then we ship it ourselves

We buy from the brewery and bring it over. No importer or distributor in between, so a good everyday bottle can be $23 here.
